We are the exclusive distributor of Howard Cai Select in Hong Kong and Macau, registered and operating under the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

While Orfevre Capital Limited operates all sales, content, and fulfilment, we are not responsible for any system outages, payment gateway errors, or third-party service interruptions arising from the Shopline platform.

We provide worldwide shipping through our logistics partners. Customers outside Hong Kong and Macau agree to pay full delivery and customs charges shown at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, holidays, or customs clearance.
Import duties, taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once dispatched.
Tracking numbers are automatically provided through the Shopline platform once the order is fulfilled.

Only unopened and unused items may be returned within the specified period.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
